MACO mushroom bolt espagnolettes window locking mechanism for outward opening double glazing windows incorporate all the benefits of safety and security expected of modern window technology in today´s environment.

The width of the faceplate is 16mm.

SIMPLE STEPS TO HELP YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT FOR YOUR WINDOW LOCK
To measure the backset on your window lock you need to measure from the middle of the spindle hole to the front of the face plate. Take a look at the picture below and the red arrows show you where to measure.
The holes that the Bolts go through are a set distance and are the same on ALL window locks (43mm).

Good alternative
Bought as a replacement for now obsolete Roto fittings. Had to route out the whole by about 5mm and add some material in the bigger hole to give me something to screw into. But does the job. Great advice from Donna though - thank you.

Easy to fit, work perfectly

Great replacement for a 550mm system
I am a novice to window repair and needed to replace a single broken 550mm inline espag system which you cannot buy any more. However the website helped me work out that this 600mm would work, and sure enough it did. It even lined up with the existing locking points on the window frame. The gearbox slotted in nicely,is smooth and secure and works a treat. Saved me a bunch of cash compared to getting out a specialist to repair the window.

A really good replacement for our old locking mechanisms from the 1980's, (not available now ). It fitted easily. Even though it was slightly longer than the original . The window now shuts smoothly and positively. Thank you.
