Free delivery offers
From time to time we give free delivery as a special offer. Currently set at £95.00 before VAT

Free Shipping Offer applies to non-trade customers with delivery address to mainland UK. Excludes some postcodes in Scotland.
Items will be sent in the manner which is most cost effective to Handles and Hinges and this will usually be via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery but may be sent via courier depending on the weight of the parcel. Delivery in this manner can take 3-7 working days.
Customers may upgrade their delivery if they wish.

How long will my order take?

Orders for products that are in stock, placed before 2.30pm on weekdays [excluding public holidays] will be dispatched the same day, wherever possible.

Orders that are placed after 2.30pm on weekdays, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Deliveries are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. We will inform you by email when items are dispatched. All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.

We strongly recommend that you do not book any professional trades people or remove your existing fittings until your goods have been received and checked as we are unable to accept liability for any costs.

How does my order get here?
The choice is yours, we offer a mail service which can take up to 5 working days (within UK), by courier which is usually expected the next working day (although not guaranteed) or Premium Courier.

Shipping Method:
Royal Mail (not tracked) – will take 3-5 working days *

Courier -Tracked – will take 1-2 working days *

Premium Courier DPD – Next Working Day *

Orders placed after 2.00pm will be shipped the next working day.

Please note that all delivery times stated in this policy are estimations only and we do not guarantee that items will arrive in those timescales. This is because we use external postal, delivery or courier services and we cannot be responsible for delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email at or by telephone on 01204 652211. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your ‘your order has been despatched’ email in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods.

Late Delivery
If your goods have not been received within 10 days of purchase, please contact us and we will track your shipment. Please note that we are unable to track postal deliveries.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, we do operate a trade counter and you can pick up your goods. Please call us in advance to make sure your product is in stock and to stop dispatch if you have ordered on the internet.

Can I pay cash on collection?
Yes we do accept cash on collection or payment via credit/debit card.
