The product was easy to identify o the website. When ordered by phone the person I spoke to was knowledgeable and fully understand my requirements. The product was delivered within the stated time scale and the price was reasonable.

Excellent service, I received good advice by telephone because my style of window keep was obsolete. The alternative parts arrived within two days and fitted perfectly. Well done Handles & Hinges for such a small order.

The replacement keeps we ordered appear to be stronger than previous ones ( i.e. harder alloy) although, I have to say we have been very satisfied with the previous ones we have ordered. It is possible they may need a packer to fit in the same position as the old keep, which was necessary in our case! The company are very efficient and delivery was as promised, which is fantastic! I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to order their products.

When the lock keep arrived I wuss expecting one the same as the one in the picture instead it was a cheaper cast model that arrived. Adequate but different hence the disappointment but the delivery was prompt and the item similar hence the 4 stars Comment from Handles and Hinges: The manufacturer has started to make these in a silver colour but that is the only difference.
