- Side Hung – The handle is on the side (left or right) and the sash opens horizontally.
- Top Hung – The handle is at the bottom; sash opens vertically outwards.
- Restricted – Built-in restrictors limit how far the sash opens. Ideal for child safety.
- Fire Escape – Designed to open wide for emergency escape and easy cleaning from inside.
