UPVC Letterbox Hinge Pin Flap Spring - Hex Ended for use with UPVc Letterboxes.

This spring is an ideal replacement if you have a floppy letterbox flap.

PLEASE NOTE this spring will only work with letterboxes as shown in the photos.

These springs are available in packs of 2 or in packs of 10.

Whilst these are a robust part there is no accounting for a heavy handed postman or leaflet delivery person. Keep some spares in the shed.

    Stop that flapping letterbox!!

    After enduring several weeks of our Outer letterbox flap literally flapping to every gust of wind, we discovered that there was an easy solution, as opposed to replacing the entire letterbox & it is the item above. We eagerly installed it within minutes of delivery & oh my gosh, the old / broken hinge pins were so easy to remove & replace with the new ones. Permanently solved our problem & we are very happy with this product.

    Letter box flap broken by delivery person. Found it broken off when I returned home. Found letter box hinge pins on line, brilliant find as letter box fixed perfectly

    Letterbox Hex-ended Spring

    These were just what I was after to replace a broken hinge spring on our letterbox. They are easy to install (they just slide in). Much quicker and cheaper than replacing the whole letterbox. They could do with some instructions, though didn't take too long to figure out (basically make sure to push the new spring in with the letterbox closed so the hex end sits correctly).

    Excellent. I was thinking I would have to buy a new letterbox before I found these. Very easy to fit and work perfectly.
