This gasket is for use on opening Windows and Doors and makes an ideal replacement.
This style of gasket is only manufactured in black. It is not made in any other colour.

It is possible that a different gasket may work in your groove. Therefore, we have the sample pack, so you can try them and see what fits.
Generally by pushing bit by bit with your thumbs. With some of the chunkier gaskets such as wedge gaskets it can be done a bit easier with a gasket roller.

Excellent Seal
I got the seal sample pack and this was the best one to fit my aluminium windows. Remove the old seal, which can be harder than fitting the new one! Cut to legth, 45 degrees on the ends then apply pressre to fit into the section on the window. Fits and seals well.

bubble gasket
Having taken a length of original gasket to the counter I was given 16mtrs of new gasket only to find when I got back to my job it would not fit not very happy !!!!

Fitting problems.
Had a problem fitting the gasket as there was a small additional pip on the bit that held it into the frame which caused it to not fit in fully. Over came it to some extent buy cutting the pip off with a razor and sanding it smooth. Comment from Handles and Hinges Glad you managed to make it fit. Sometimes when the original gasket isn't available it is possible to make one of the others do the job for you.
