Glazing Seal Sample Pack
The pack contains a good selection of samples but not, unfortunately, the one I was looking for. However, it suggested alternatives which might have proved useful.

Gasket sample pack
The pack was very useful to try the various gaskets for size. My comment would be that some coding on the samples would be useful so that you can compare them with the sample sheet, rather than trying to measure the samples with a tape measure to establish which gasket is which. In particular, the bubble gaskets and fir tree gaskets were fiddly to get the right coded gasket. Reply from H&H: Thanks for your feedback. As these are made by hand the extra labour involved to code up the pieces individually would make this product unworkable. We do try to address this with our guide sheet but encourage any customer who may struggle to get in touch.

Door seal
A brilliant transaction. The sample pack is a masterstroke which made finding the right product easy, and once I got it, it fitted like a dream. It was also nice to speak to a pleasant, uncomplicated lady when I rang up to order it. Keep up the good work.

Enabled me to choose an appropriate gasket for my double glazing
Fast response, a must for ploughing through the minefield of available sections. Without this it would have been impossible

Sample pack
A really good idea and very useful. It enabled the correct gasket to be be found before making a full order, which I've now placed with Handles and Hinges.
