Bubble Gasket is used on a window or door to create a good compression seal when it closes - it goes between the opening part and the frame so that when the window / door is closed the gasket squashes helping the window/door to fit nice and snuggly.

What is the difference between a flipper gasket and a bubble gasket? Between all the different flipper or bubble gaskets the differences are simply shape and size - they both do the same basic job and cut down on draughts and cold spots. If you cannot see an identical gasket on our site then try the sample pack - many customer find that by trying the different gaskets in their window frames that they find a gasket suitable for the job.

PLEASE NOTE:

As gasket is custom cut to the individual requirements we cannot accept returns. If you are unsure which gasket you need then please use our gasket sample pack:

Frequently Asked Questions

You should order per meter and we will cut to length for you. As it is cut to length we cannot accept returns. If you are not sure which gasket you need then maybe try the sample pack first.

Gasket can deteriorate and shrink over time so unfortunately we can’t identify your gasket this way. We recommend purchasing our gasket sample pack to see which gasket fits in your frame the best.

It is possible that a different gasket may work in your groove. Therefore, we have the sample pack, so you can try them and see what fits.

Generally by pushing bit by bit with your thumbs. With some of the chunkier gaskets such as wedge gaskets it can be done a bit easier with a gasket roller.
