Description
Key to suit the window handle by Vitawin. The key often has the number 131 stamped onto it or even just VITA stamped on the top. The window handle may have HB107 stamped onto the back.
Please note: the style of the key has changed slightly but will still fit the older handles.

Key Ordering Process
The service we received was exceptional and the girl who we dealt with is again exceptional. Although the first key sent was working h&h sent an alternative which was 100% the correct key. The process was easy, quick photo of lock/handle and an email saying can you help? A week or so after a but a trial and error and without fuss and NO CHARGE for trying different keys job done and order placed and received. It really doesn’t get much better than that as it is a tricky task to complete. I wish to name the female but so she isn’t bombarded with emails I will leave her name out but hopefully she reads this as she was brilliant. 5***** ?

Replacement keys
I needed replacement keys for 10 brand new conservatory window locks - the keys were taken in error so we were left without any keys. I sent a photo of the handle on the windows showing the lock and I received an email the next morning recommending the key I needed and the prices. I ordered 2 to start with. Very prompt delivery, securely packaged wrapped and stapled to the invoice in a small envelope and it was like Cinderella’s slipper! I tried the key in the lock, praying it would fit and it fitted perfectly. It locked and unlocked all the windows. I am so grateful to this company for their exemplary customer service and support, help, advice and recommendation of the correct key I needed. I have now bought more keys so I have some spare keys. I highly recommend this company to everyone and I am speaking from experience after using them and purchasing keys from them.
