Sent picture of broken window lockable handle, got immediate reply identifying old TSS handle no longer available but advising to check out Cadenza handle and measure screw centres which I did and fortunately they were the same so purchased both left and right handed versions so that had a matching pair. Brilliant service. Thanks

Exactly what was needed
