Saracen Shootbolt Extension Arms for FM Gearbox

These are the shootbolt extension arms to suit the Saracen FM gearbox system.

Shootbolts Arms, supplied as a pair   (Gearboxes can be bought separately).

Deadlock systems consist of shootbolts and a unique central gearbox with a deadlock. The shootbolts fit into the the gearbox with toothed setting. 

The rods are croppable / adjustable in length and are sized according to the sash size:

• Size 1 will suit a sash size of 300mm - 640mm
• Size 2 will suit a sash size of 590mm - 900mm
• Size 3 will suit a sash size of 850mm - 1160mm
  

These extension arms will have a 12.5mm throw.

Manufactured from high quality steel and finished in zinc and yellow passivated. The system has been performance tested to 30,000 cycles and meets the requirements of BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 4 Corrosion Resistance (240 hours).
