Description
This kit is a replacement for the Roto GR1000 Lozenge shaped window espag (see picture) that is not made anymore.
The kit comes with a Window locking strip and new keeps to fix on to the window frame(screws included).
To use this kit you have to remove the old keeps of the frame and renew them with the keeps supplied. There may be some resiting of the holes and this is easily done using the easy drill screws provided with the Kit.

Replacement Roto GR 1000.
Perfect replacement. Almost identical to the Roto GR 1000. I had no trouble fitting this after talking to the very nice people who put me on the right path after others failed.

Easy to fit
The Window Lock was easy to fit and cleared the frame of the window. The keeps were too low for my window and needed packing to be in the correct position for the lozenge. I did find the dome headed csk screws fouled the keeps but I fitted plain csk screws and these were OK. Very fast delivery.

not exact replica but easily adjusted
Had to move the lock plate on the window as this replacement lock has the centre bolt more to the left. Therefore it wasn't a simple out with the old and in the with new but it was by no means difficult to adjust. Brilliant delivery speed by the company I must admit
