Replacement Handles for B and Q Sliding Patio Doors

Work fine for my parent's patio doors that were replacing the handles from a B&Q purchase (likely). The security locking mechanism was tight to operate.

These replacement handles fitted perfectly and are excellent value..they are actually better than the plastic original handles which had broken..

Had some Wickes patio doors from about 2002. The black plastic handle was on the verge of breaking right off. Bought this replacement which was easy to fit and solved the problem. The handle is metal and feels good quality, better than the plastic. We were able to reverse the handle for left hand opening. Very good product, saved us the fortune of replacing the door. Only downside is that the key is slightly tricky to turn due to the handle placement, hence 4 stars.

They fit exactly and we were able to change the 40 years-old handles easily, no specialist intervention.

Everything lined up, just needed to cut the screws and bolt with a hacksaw to adjust to the width of the door

Direct replacement for original plastic handles (that broke!). New ones much stronger as are metal. Just needed to swap handles over - left-to-right - so fixing screw heads were indoors (5 mins to do) and shorter the operating square bolt with a hacksaw to suit door thickness (10 mins) and screw handles to door and job done. Wish I'd found these replacements earlier as one company who were fitting some more windows for us said the old handles were not made any longer and he didn't know where to get replacements - and suggested complete new doors, of course.

well made screws too long but could be cut down

Be prepared to cut down the spindle and mounting screws to fit your door width, but otherwise these are a straight swap . The white handles are finished in brilliant gloss white, so will contrast with the weathered upvc frame, maybe consider one of the colour options to match your decor.
