Gaskets
Ordered the sample kit first to find the gasket for a friend and my windows, had to match them up to pictures sent by email, which we hoped we got right (we did) so it would be more helpful if the samples had the code on, but appreciate that may not be possible. Other than that both times I phoned the staff were very friendly and helpful and I was kept informed by email at every stage and could follow delivery progress too. I have not done mine yet, but my friend is very pleased with the product, so I am sure I will be and we would both recommend this Company and their staff are a credit to them.
