Nexus Adjustable Flag Hinge for UPVC Doors

Needed to replace some very old hinges that are no longer available, and these were recommended by the seller. As always this presents some issues as to which screws and pins will match, is there enough room for extra holes, with the encumbrances will it actually hold the door or drop off a week later. I must also say from the pictures of this hinge offered, I wasn't confident it would work. That's not the case though, the pins were slightly different pitch to two of my screw holes, so slight they would go in anyway. Some screws just about used old holes, and the hinge offered extra positions for more screws making the fit very secure. The hinge is also easy to adjust, and a few weeks later the doors still on it's hinges and functioning well. Not just the hinges here to recommend, but the advice from Handles&Hinges too.

I purchased this hinge to replace a broken hinge on an old UPVC door. The new hinge was easy to fit due to its adjustable fitting design. The new hinge does not look exactly the same as the two old remaining hinges, but the difference is hardly noticeable. In my opinion this is an excellent product which I would recommend. Fantastic customer service. Moved house and patio door hinges sheared off on day two. Hinges were obsolete. Emailed photos to Handles and Hinges who responded immediately with best substitute. Replacement far stronger than originals. Prompt delivery by courier.

Despite a minor delay by the courier ( 1 extra day) your service was fantastic. To get replacement hinges for my 24 year old conservatory was always going to be a problem but after sending you a photograph and small sketch of a hinge your recommended replacement was perfect. Obviously there was some minor re- drilling required but the flexibility to enable a strong fixing was relatively easy. When I received the all metal hinge I was most impressed.
