Description
This Fuhr 856 Type 8 multipoint lock is a one piece mechanism consisting of a latch, deadbolt, two rollers and two pins.
Available in a variety of backsets.
Size:
- Backset: 25mm
- Distance between outer pins: 1485mm
- Distance between inner pins: 695mm
Operation:
- Lift lever
Latch Reversal:
- Push latch back to reveal small hexagonal screw in side of case adjacent to the latch undo screw to remove latch. Reverse and reinstate

The Backset size is A in the diagram
Measure from the the front of the main faceplate (A in the diagram) to the middle of the spindle hole. This measurement is taken when the gearbox is attached to the main front face plate.
Measurement B is the PZ Centre.
