Just what was required for an old Anglian door perfect fit ,onvcly difference was there were 2 rod on the old system

I couldn't find a exterior door handle to fit my old(er) door. Handles and hinges came up trumps and fit, colour and design is perfect. Simple and easy to replace old with new.

These arrived promptly They fitted perfectly and now the door mechanism works as it originally die. I can't believe the difference between the 15 year old worn ones and these Best investment and best of all fitted straight away with no "tweaking" required Brilliant, thanks

With the help of the excellent website the correct replacement was ordered and arrived within given timescale. A quality product in every way which fitted perfectly, with only the screw location holes in the door requiring enlarging slightly. Looks great, no more pitted, weathered floppy handles.

Anglian double glazing installed 20 years ago & the only problem there has ever been is with the door handles - well one to be precise, the front door which gets the most use and abuse. When the internal spring went leaving a floppy handle contacted Anglian who for £60 sent a new handle that didn't even vaguely fit so was returned. DIY shops sold nothing like, and locksmiths backed off as if our door was cursed. So I moved the one from the kitchen door as a temporary fix. Some years later with life having got in the way, the problem occurred again and this time the patio door handle was moved because by then it wasn't an issue having installed a conservatory. Inevitably of course that too developed problems. We could lock all 3 doors but the handles flopped downwards and I was concerned that one day somebody would be too robust and the handles would be completely useless. Tried again with DIY shops and local locksmiths (no joy) & also Anglian windows who all but said that as guaranteed for 10 years our double glazing was well life expired. Salesman didn't endear himself to me when he said it was older than him, so won't use Anglian again should we move somewhere that needs double glazing! Anyway then found this site and although I didn't have a clue on how to get the right handle I was guided by a very helpful lady so we now have 2 out of the 3 sorted, and will probably splash out on the 3rd next month and also look at a dubious window handle too. So thanks a lot, those handles were driving me mad!!!

The product is good, though had a bit of a shock when the screws were too long for the depth of the door, but I just used the original screws and all fine. Probably all down to last year when someone replaced the original handles, made two visits, bodged it with a different handle (they admitted) and told me it may last a year! However, it works beautifully!! Great to speak to a real person on the end of the phone and the service is really good.
