I called in this afternoon about handle fixings for my Gu tilt and slide patio door. Just to let you know the screws you supplied were a perfect fit once I'd cut them to length.
After several weeks of being told that I would have to buy a new handle the problem is solved. My wife is over the moon and if she's happy then I'm happy. ( no more nagging)

Not only was the delivery exceptionally quick (ordered Wednesday afternoon , delivered to my house on Thursday!!) but the helpfulness of the staff (Dylan and Janet) was brilliant. I have already mentioned your company to several of my work colleagues and will be making further orders to repair my girlfriends' windows.
It's nice to know that there are still companies around that deal with the smaller things and don't try to rip you off and still value the customer.

It was very refreshing to come across your site after being told by several window fitting 'professionals' that my window parts were obsolete and I wouldn't get any replacements for something that old (the windows are about 18 years old). They were all too keen to fit an entire new window.
If anyone reading this has had similar experience then rest assured that Handles & Hinges will be the most likely to find you a solution. I received my window parts the next day, fitted them myself, and restored the window closing mechanism to its' former glory. Many thanks. JR

This is a first rate company and I would highly recommend them. When we bought our house the estate agent neglected to tell us that there was no key for the conservatory windows and I could not believe it when I found your website. I would like to compliment your company on such a swift and efficient service. We moved into our house over a year ago to find that the vendors had not left us the keys for our fire escape (tilt and turn) windows which were locked closed. We sought advice from a variety of sources which included drilling out and replacing the locks, up to replacing the whole window unit!
