How to Use
- Remove the old hinge and clean the surface.
- Position the jig for the new hinge location (shift slightly if the original holes are worn).
- Mark/pilot through the jig’s guides.
- Install using self-drilling screws or pre-drilled screws as preferred.
- Fit the new hinge and check for smooth, secure operation.
Choose this Flat Jig when you’re fitting flat WMS butt hinges. If your hinges are the angled WMS type, choose the Angled Jig instead for perfect hole positioning.
