Replacement keys
What a great company! I'd long ago lost window keys and had no idea what my windows were called. Big problem, yes? Not for these guys! They certainly know their stuff and are so knowledgeable that they supplied the correct keys just from 2 photos of the handles and locks. Very prompt and efficient and the keys fit perfectly. Did what it needed to
Felt stuck after losing the small window key I had in my rented apartment. This website was great! Quickly identified the key I needed and the order took a few days to come through after purchase. When it arrived it worked! Can't ask for better than that.

Really useful service
For those who have suffered the frustration of losing one of fiddly little keys for one's UVPC window (or door)here is a brilliant service. I despaired of doing the rounds of double glazing installers asking if they had a key, so I went online. There before me were pictures of all the types of window handle, so I could match mine up instantly. Even better, I had the option of taking a picture of my handle and emailing across to them. I got a reply the same day, confirming the key number I wanted. The keys themselves arrived a couple of days later. You can also save your order as a quote if you're not sure you ahve the right number. Altogether, an amazing service. This is when the internet comes into its own!
