Finding which key we needed
I cannot fault this service, I sent photos of the window handles and you identified two keys that might work. I bought one of each to test them, this one was the one that didn't work but the other one did so it was a great result. Pricing very reasonable and speed of delivery brilliant. And now I have one of these keys which may come in useful if I ever get a window that it fits! Thank you very much.

This company did their level best to find a key which fitted my locks. They sent some keys which had the correct profile but were o.4cm too short. Donna tried to find another fit but it didn't work. The approach of the company and Donna, in particular, was as good as it could have been. very impressed with the company. Highly recommended
