Very impressed with the service. As the website says I sent a photo of the window lock and very quickly was sent a reply suggesting it could be one of two keys. The link was easy to follow and the price very reasonable. Couldn’t believe when the keys arrived the next day and one of the keys works! Would definitely recommend to others.

RR Window Handle Keys by Strebor
These keys fit the old UPVC windows in the house I bought perfectly. Gone from 1 key for 5 windows to 5 keys for £20 - only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they are very expensive for what they are (but the value is high).
