We moved to a bungalow in September and there was no window keys!! We was annoyed that there wasn't any and thought we would have to get someone out to sort the problem. We then came across handles & hinges and after sending a pic of the handle we needed the key for they came up with a key,we ordered 2 and they were with us a couple of days later and very cheap,amazing service and will definately use them again and tell our family and friends.

I bought a relatively new house (built 2009) to-let and the seller did not provide any window keys - he claimed he'd never had any! I did not want to leave the tenants without any window keys so I ordered 4. Great prices, fantastic customer service: I was quite confident about which key I needed thanks to the easy-to-find and informative catalogue but all the same I emailed photographs of the handles to H&H and within 5-10 minutes I had an email with a link to the key I require! The keys arrived the next day and they work perfectly! I knew about H&H having previously used them when I worked in a lettings agency where I was asked to source window keys for rental properties. Would recommend H&H to everybody as I do not know of any other company which is better.

I moved into a bungalow recently - the previous owners did not have any window keys. After trying a few companies I found you on the internet and sent off a photo of my locks (handles). Have just bought a property in Brighton, fully double glazed, but on completion realised that all the windows were locked and with no keys. Locksmith quoted me £2000 to fix the problem. Your engineer viewed a few photos of the locks I sent you and within 24hrs had the right keys for the locks for the princely sum of £4.80. Quite a saving. Thank you all.
