TSS key pack to suit window handles by Laird.
There ares quite a lot of keys in the TSS range and unless you know exactly which key number you need they can be difficult to identify. For this reason we have created a pack of the 4 most common keys for you to try in your handle.
You will receive the TSS12, TSS13, TSS18 and TSS21
If any of the keys are successful you can return the other 3 keys and we will exchange them for 3 of the functioning key, return postage will be paid by you.
If you are unsure which window handle you have or which key you need then just send us a photo of your window handle and we will try to identify the correct key.

Lost key
One of the 4 keys sent, identified from a photo I sent, worked. What a relief. Have posted the other 3 back to exchange for copies of the correct one. Fingers crossed.

Great advice, identifying manufacturer from photo and advising on key packs. Took the gamble of the smaller pack of most common keys and one of them worked. Opening those windows has been an issue for over a year since buying the house and this summer has been unbearable. Thanks for a great service.
