i was so lost as I lost all my window keys. All I had to do was takew a picture of the handle and send it in from my phone and hey presto the right key arrived in the post. Very good service. Only thing to be improved may be is the time of delivery had to wait about a week for tit to come so couldn't open the windows for a while. Other than that I would recoomend this company

The whole process was very simple. I took a photo of the handle and emailed it. Your company suggested 3 possible keys which I paid for and received. I found one of the three that worked and returned the other 2 keys for replacements of the one that worked. Bingo! Excellent service.
