Key Pack to Suit Laird Window Handle with Dimple - EE33, EE67, EE71

I ordered the KEY-DIMPLEPACK to help identify the correct key for our Laird window handles, and Handles & Hinges were absolutely brilliant. Their customer service was responsive, helpful, and made the process feel easy and reassuring. The pack itself is a clever solution—having all three key options in one go saved time and guesswork. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly marred by a delay in delivery due to the postal service, not the supplier. Handles & Hinges dispatched promptly, but the Post Office didn’t deliver on time, which was frustrating given the urgency. Still, I’d happily recommend Handles & Hinges for their thoughtful product and excellent support. Just wish Royal Mail had matched their efficiency!

We could not find keys when sadly we had to clear Grannies house. We tried the window manufacturer then I came across this company - Eureka! We sent photos of the Windows and their handles and they said it was tricky but they were pretty sure 1 of 3 keys would fit. They kindly packaged a set of 3 keys for us which was really affordable pricewise and they were right! One of the kets worked, so grateful as they helped us out really quickly, package arrived fast and one of the keys worked - fantastic - Thank you!

I had given up hope of ever finding keys for my 24 year old windows locks with no branding. One photo later and a set of three keys arrived, one of which was a perfect fit for all windows. A return post swap for the unwanted two keys provides the perfect solution of three keys to my decades old mystery. Amazing service, superb outcome!

Ordered a set of 3 keys for my neighbour’s windows, 1 of the 3 fitted 6 out of 9 windows, so have ordered 3 new handles to match as best as possible to existing handles. Received new handles and have now been fitted and all in working order. Over the moon with the service received from Donna & Rebecca @ Handles and Hinges, 1st class service.

The EE71 key was the one that worked and as stated in the description returned the other two and 2 replacement EE71 were sent. Happy purchase.

hen we took over our current property last Nov, the previous owner left us in the position that we only had a window key that fitted two windows. Last week, I found Handles and Hinges. Listing their services, they mentioned that they can get me replacement keys by sending them a photo of the window handle. I sent them photos for five windows and, believe it or not, they instantly sent me an email with suggested keys for all the windows. One key was specific to two of the windows and worked like magic. They sent me three possible keys for the other windows and, again, one of them worked like magic. I have returned the two keys that did not work and they are going to send me two additional keys of the one that worked. Imagine that - being able to identify a window key from looking at the handle; incredible. And such speedy service. Top marks from me.

We had no idea which type of keys we needed for our conservatory windows, so we took a picture of the handles and sent it to Handles and Hinges. Very quickly they responded and we bought the pack. One of the worked so they replaced the other two in the pack for the one that worked. Super company to deal with and would recommend them very highly.

Received excellent advise to persist with key which I initially thought didn’t fit.
