Amid the latest developments around the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we wanted to inform you that we have taken all possible measures to ensure that our services will remain available.
As a company that provides many security products we believe it is important that we provide our service to you during this period.
Here are some of the measures we have taken to ensure our services remain unaffected:
Our website will be fully supported and will operate as usual.
We are operating with a reduced staff. This means that whilst our phone lines remain open and our customer support and administration will continue we may not be able to respond in our usual speedy manner, please bear with us. We may reduce the hours where we answer the phone in order to concentrate on despatching orders.
Our trade counter is now closed. Orders can be placed via our website and will be posted out.
No exceptions, our staff safety takes priority.
We are continuing to pick, pack and prepare your parcels for delivery.
We do understand that people still have security issues on their homes during this time and we are doing our best to get items out to you. Whilst the website may show a product in stock this may be incorrect as we do not have enough staff in to update stock as well as pack. Our suppliers and couriers all have different schedules so we may at times ring to offer an alternative product or service if we do not have your product. Please bear with us and Stay Safe.
Both our couriers and Royal Mail will continue to deliver
your parcels to you. The drivers on duty have no reported cases of the virus
but if you do not wish to sign the handheld device you do not have to, the
driver will still make the delivery and it will be marked as a "refused to
sign incident". If the driver delivers to a location where it is known the
someone has the virus, they will deliver the parcel to a safe place. If a safe
place option is not permitted the parcel will be returned to the depot. You can
request that your parcel be left in a safe place by giving us instruction on
where to leave it in the comments box at checkout.
During the Covid-19 disruptions we CANNOT GUARANTEE Next Day Delivery with Couriers. They are doing their best but cannot promise their usual speedy schedules.

We recommend that during this time you use our website to place your orders where possible, it will really help us better manage and process your orders.
