How long will my order take?
Orders for products that are in stock, placed before 2.30pm on weekdays [excluding public holidays] will be despatched the same day, wherever possible. Orders that are placed after 2.30pm on weekdays, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Deliveries are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. We will inform you by email when items are dispatched. All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct. |

How does my order get here? All orders are sent either 2nd class or 1st if your choose (within UK), by courier or Airmail Express. (to all other countries)
Lost or Damaged Goods In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email at office@handlesandhinges.co.uk or by telephone on 01204 652211. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your ‘your order has been despatched’ email in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods.
Late Delivery If your goods have not been received within 14 days of purchase, please contact us and we will track your shipment. Please note that 14 days have to lapse before we can track delivery - this is due to Royal Mail policy. Deliveries are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Can I collect my order? Yes, we do operate a trade counter and you can pick up your goods. Please call us in advance to make sure your product is in stock and to stop dispatch if you have ordered on the internet. Can I pay cash on collection? |

Free delivery offers From time to time we give free delivery as a special offer. This will apply to Mainland UK only and does not include the Highlands. Items will be sent in the manner which is most cost effective to Handles and Hinges and this will usually be via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery but may be sent via courier depending on the weight of the parcel. Delivery in this manner can take 3-7 working days. Customers may upgrade their delivery if they wish |
