I looked at several websites for a replacement to our rattling, broken-spring, tied-with-electrical-tape, letterbox. I knew I would need instructions as to how to remove the old one and fit the new one, and also help with getting the correct size! Packaging was excellent and fitting was easy, even though I had to drill extra holes to accommodate the lugs, which weren't present on my old letterbox.
