It was very refreshing to come across your site after being told by several window fitting 'professionals' that my window parts were obsolete and I wouldn't get any replacements for something that old (the windows are about 18 years old). They were all too keen to fit an entire new window. If anyone reading this has had similar experience then rest assured that Handles & Hinges will be the most likely to find you a solution.
