It was very refreshing to come across your site after being told by several window fitting 'professionals' that my window parts were obsolete and I wouldn't get any replacements for something that old (the windows are about 18 years old). They were all too keen to fit an entire new window. If anyone reading this has had similar experience then rest assured that Handles & Hinges will be the most likely to find you a solution. Not sure which hinges you need??
Measure the full length of the hinge to find the size you need to order. Measure the part that is fastened on to your window frame.
Use these if the window that you are replacing the hinges on is a designated fire escape window, or you need easy clean hinges which enables you to clean both sides of your window from the inside.
Use these if the hinges that you are replacing are on a window that is in a childs bedroom or vulnerable to attack. You will need to click on the red button for restricted hinges. Alternatively you could fit separate restrictors which are available on our restrictor page.
