Orders for products that are in stock, placed before 12:00 on weekdays [excluding public holidays] will be despatched the same day, wherever possible.
Orders that are placed after 12:00, on weekdays, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Deliveries are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. We will inform you by email when items are dispatched. All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.
All orders are sent either 2nd class (within UK), by courier (within UK where order is over £30) or Airmail Express (to all other countries) Deliveries within the UK usually take 1-3 working days Deliveries within Europe usually take 3-5 working days Deliveries elsewhere in the world usually take 5 working days
Please note that all delivery times stated in this policy are estimations only and we do not guarantee that items will arrive in those timescales. This is because we use external postal, delivery or courier services and we cannot be responsible for delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email at office@handlesandhinges.co.uk or by telephone on 01204 652211. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your ‘your order has been despatched’ email in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods.
Late Delivery
If your goods have not been received within 14 days of purchase, please contact us and we will track your shipment. Please note that 14 days have to lapse before we can track delivery - this is due to Royal Mail policy.
Collections
Can I collect my order?
Whilst we do not operate a trade counter we are happy for you to visit us but please call first on 01204 652211 We do require 24 hours notice and prefer a mid-morning time period.
Can I pay cash on collection? Yes we do accept cash on collection or payment via credit/debit card.
